Up to 15 photos weekly of your new home under construction with the ability to print, save or email these to friends and family.
- Access to Important Information
View County Building Inspections online with a single click of the mouse (Available in Citrus & Marion only), Local Weather, etc.
- Request Specific Photos
Request specific photos be taken. 24 hour notice required. Free if taken on schedule, additional charge if needed immediately.
- CD Archive
When your home is finished, you'll receive a CD with the complete set of photos for your archive. Included at no additional cost.
- 8x10 Glossy
A high quality 8x10 photo will be provided after your house is completed. Included at no additional cost.

- Price Guarantee:
In the event construction time exceeds the length of the original contract, the contract can be extended in 4 or 12 week increments, based on the contract rates in effect at the time of the signing of the inital contract.
- Refunds:
In the event construction time is less than the length of the contract, the cost of the contract will be pro-rated to the week of completion, based on the contract rates in effect at the time of the signing of the inital contract and a refund will be issued.
- Please Note:
MyNewHomeOnline is not a Home Inspection Service. We simply observe and photograph the progress of construction.
