Who we are and What we provide  MyNewHomeOnline was created in the spring of 2005 by Tech Support Services a Computer Service and Consulting Company based in Citrus Springs, FL. While building their own new homes, the owners of Tech Support noticed there was something lacking in the 'organized chaos' of the home building process... that being communication. In speaking with realtors, builders, contractors and other buyers, we discovered a common thread... The customer (including us at the time) usually didn't have much of a clue about what was going on. After all, we're spending a couple hundred thousand dollars...
It would be nice to know what's happening !  So where there's a need...(It kinda came to us like that.) We built-in flexibility for this service so over time, our procedures and this site have changed to meet our customer's needs.  Since MyNewHomeOnline started in March 2005, we've increased the number of photos we take each week, added local weather observations and we are the only service of this type to provide you with a checklist of stages completed and a percentage number on the progress.Based on customer needs, we created another function, our SecureHome service where we check the customer's house on the same weekly schedule, in the case of 'snowbirds' or if the owner can't move in right away after closing.
